View All Rewards FAQsNote: This will not work if you currently have a discount applied to your subscription.
1. Log into your account, navigate to the Rewards menu tab, select “Redeem Points” and copy your code to enter at checkout (you can click the code to copy).
2.Go to My Account in the main menu and select Subscriptions, then Active Subscriptions.
3. Find the active subscription you want discounted, click edit and then scroll down to select Apply Discount.
4. Input the copied discount code in the field on the right-hand side of the screen. Then select Add Discount.
All set! You have applied your one-time coupon towards your next recurring order.
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program (i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.).
You cannot combine points with other discounts at this time.
Your purchases prior to July 1, 2021 will not apply to your Plant Perks Rewards account.
You can view your points in a few different places:
1. Visit your My Account page to view and redeem your rewards.
2. Access your rewards on the Plant Perks Rewards page.
3. On the checkout page, your redeemable rewards will appear in the dropdown.
