Orders at katefarms.com are final, and we do not accept returns or process exchanges of product.
However, we understand special circumstances may require special attention. If your order was damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong product, please reach out to our Customer Care Team right away at email@example.com or 805-845-2446 and we will process a replacement order for you.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your Kate Farms product, please take note of the lot code and the "best by" date printed on the top of the shake, so we can better receive your feedback. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
